Quotations

Quotations are based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry and may change if event details, equipment requirements, location or hire duration change.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once agreed in writing. Availability is not reserved until confirmation is provided.

Delivery, setup and collection

Delivery, setup and collection arrangements are agreed in advance. Suitable, safe access to the site is required.

Care of equipment

Hired equipment remains the property of Sunset Events and should be returned in the condition supplied, allowing for reasonable use.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
